Please note that ALL sales are final once shipped out to the customer and cannot be refunded nor returned.  Each order is specifically chosen for the customer, which takes time and resources, so all sales are final.  Thank you for understanding!

If your order has not yet shipped, you might be eligible for a refund upon request.  Please email support@flawedglam.com and provide order number, receipt or proof of purchase in your email along with the reason for order cancellation.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once our customer support has received your email and validated your order, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (varies by bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after the estimated time, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
